The journey started right from home – being the adventurous travelers we are, we took the bus from West Van to downtown, then the Canada Line to the airport = Mom’s first time on the Skytrain!  I limited us to one roller bag and a backpack each as this won’t be the only time we taking public transport and our trial run to the airport went off without a hitch.  We’re presently lounging in the airline’s club room awaiting our flight to Britain – the only way to fly!
